1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within South Africa. No international shipping is available at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
3. Delivery Times

Main city centers: 2–5 business days

Outlying or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Public holidays and weekends are excluded from delivery times.
We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp to follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at your address, our courier partner will contact you to arrange redelivery.
